TSEI is the outcome of profound vision of Mr. Om Pathak (IAS), a former civil servant, who has over the past 28 years set up many well known, quality driven, not-for-profit educational institutions and of Mr. Anshul Pathak, a former Citibank Treasurer, who believed in his dream to usher in a new era of prosperous India of equal opportunities across the rural & urban boundaries, by taking focused initiative towards developing the skills of millions of Indian youth.

Mr. Om Pathak, a former IAS officer of the UP cadre,nurtures vision for providing quality education & skill development trainings by weaving vocational education & trainingsin the school education fabric of thisnation. His mission to execute his visionhas propelled him to raise & revive a number of reputed educational institutions for 28 years now.He is an active member of the CII National Committee on Education. To realize his dream of bringing about a new human resource revolution & bridging the rural & urban divide, Mr. Anshul Pathak returned to India in 2007, leaving behind his lucrative career in the U.S.A.He has been passionately involved with quality education for the last 10 years. He is committed to make a difference in the lives of Indian youth, particularly across the rural belts, by enabling them to become skilled & employable.

He has a Bachelors in Engineering from Manipal University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He brings a wealth of international experience in banking, having worked as a Treasury Banker with Citigroup - mostly in New York & Singapore. His professional tenures have taken him to Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada & the United States.
